What we collect
To process your insurance carrier contracts we collect your name, contact details, address, National Producer Number, date of birth, state license details, E&O insurance and AML certificate information, background questionnaire answers, and the documents you upload. We also collect banking details for commission payments and identity numbers such as your Social Security number and driver's license number. We keep basic technical logs (such as sign-in times and IP addresses) to protect your account.
How we use it
We use your information only to appoint and contract you with carriers, verify your licensing and compliance status, pay commissions, keep you informed about your requests, and meet legal obligations. We share it with a carrier only when needed to process a contract you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
Sensitive identifiers, including SSN, bank account and routing numbers, and driver's license numbers, are stored encrypted and shown masked. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are only visible to you, authorized administrators, and, for licensing paperwork only, your upline. Access is protected by sign-in, sessions expire, and sensitive actions are logged.
Your choices
You can review and correct your profile at any time from the Producer Profile page. To ask for a copy of your data or to request deletion where the law allows, contact your administrator.
